About

RepTour –

RepTouR is Woodstock Arts’ touring children’s theatre troupe that promotes literacy and creative writing through the performing arts. At each school, we will perform one of two scripted shows (this year we are doing adaptations of Go, Dog. Go! and Puss in Boots) as well as improvised stagings of stories written by students.

Troupe members are paid a bi-weekly stipend during performances and mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate for those transporting show equipment and fellow members to each venue.

One offer has already been made to a longstanding troupe member. We are auditioning for 5 open troupe positions.

Please email kyle@woodstockarts.org with any questions

Rehearsals –

Rehearsals will be 10am-12pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, January 10th – February  23rd. Performances will be during the day on Wednesdays and Fridays, February 28th – April 26th.

Our In-Person Auditions for RepTouR will be December 17th, from 6:00-9:00 and be structured more like a traditional callback, with movement, improv, and ensemble work in addition to sides. We’d like you to prepare 1-2 pages of a children’s book to present that features both narration and dialogue. The deadline to submit online is also December 17th. You can send your Video Submission to kyle@woodstockarts.org. Please Slate before your video audition. (NOTE: you will still need to fill out the online audition form along with a video submission.)
