Woodstock Arts Event Green (Lantern Series Concerts and Outdoor Events)
Rain or Shine
Events are rain or shine and show cancellations are rare.
Woodstock Arts will provide ponchos in the event of rain.
No rainchecks will be given if guests leave and the show is not canceled.
We request smaller umbrellas to limit obstructing views.
No tents are allowed as they obstruct views.
8 Top Tables: 60″ round tables.
6 Top Tables: 48″ round tables.
Table Decorations: Themed table decorations are encouraged. Prizes are sometimes given out for Best Decorated Table.
- Table decorating is only allowed following event opening.
- Decorations may not obstruct views of other guests.
Reserved Gold Seating
Single seats are provided.
General Admission
Bring your own seating. Must sit behind Gold section
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
Alcohol: Due to GA Law bringing you own alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Wine and local craft beer is available for purchase.
To ensure the safety and experience of all patrons, dogs are only allowed in the General Admission Lawn section.
Dogs must follow Georgia Leash Laws and must not disturb other patrons or the concert.

Parking
Woodstock Arts has a large parking lot behind our Theatre & Administrative Offices.
In the event of overflow, Downtown Woodstock also has a public parking lot at Mill Street and Market Street (a short walk from our main building).
