         June 4th – 18th
Auditions – March 9th & 10th
Callbacks – March 12th
Rehearsals Start – April 1stÂ
Saturday 9 to 5 – May 24th
Q2Q – May 29th (Act 1), May 31st (Act 2) 9 a.m – 5 p.m Rehearsal.
Tech – June 1st, 2nd, 3rd

The pay is a $500 stipend, paid on opening night.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret the script and musical score.
Help the Director and Music Director cast the production.
Collaborate with designers, the Music Director, Director, and Stage Manager.
Plan the rehearsals alongside the creative team.
Guide the actors in their work during rehearsals (warm-ups, work with the music with the actors, design and execute dance numbers, etc.).
WORK SCHEDULE Contract Period: production meetings through opening night.
Rehearsals run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Designer Run and Q2Q run from early morning to evening. Performances run Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday Afternoons.
QUALIFICATIONS
Well-executed organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of all the technical demands of a production: lights, sound, props, set changes, make-up changes, and special effects.
A firm, kind, polite, respectful, and calm manner who can encourage and lead a large number of people to achieve a high standard of on-stage discipline.
A skilled understanding of all aspects of acting, musical, and choreography needs, knowledge of dance steps, script interpretation, character analysis, and the different methods to achieve executing a musical number.
Stamina and a sense of humor.
A love for the arts and theatre.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required
technical theatre experience preferred
leadership experience required
Basic understanding of music required
A skilled level of dance experience required
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cast
Hands-on experience with musical choreography and/or teaching dance
Good writing skills
A positive attitude is a must regardless of the situation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
