We are Hiring For: Content Coordinator

PART TIME | SALARY

Department: Management

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Anticipated Salary: ~$17,500.00

You will lead how Woodstock Arts shows up in the world; shaping clear, compelling content that grows audiences, strengthens relationships, and expands the organization’s impact across our community.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO HERE:
As the Content Coordinator  at Woodstock Arts, you will sit at the center of the creation and imagery of storytelling, strategy, and community connection. You will help translate bold artistic work into accessible, engaging messages that invite people in – whether they are longtime supporters or first-time visitors.

You will collaborate closely with department leaders, artists, staff, and volunteers to ensure our communications reflect the energy, quality, and relevance of our programming. From digital campaigns to print materials, your work will directly shape how our audiences discover, experience, and stay connected to Woodstock Arts.

You will be trusted to build systems that work, elevate brand consistency, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving arts environment. As a member of the Management Team, you will contribute to organization-wide thinking, support major events, and help ensure our growing footprint in the community is matched by thoughtful, strategic communication.

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • You are curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging media, new tools, and evolving ways to connect with people.
  • You are comfortable with and have a background in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
  • You bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • You stay calm under pressure and see fast-paced environments as opportunities rather than obstacles.
  • You value community, inclusion, and accessibility, and you believe marketing should invite people in, not talk over them.
  • You are comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to support events and organizational priorities.
