Cellist and singer-songwriter Shana Tucker will be performing live in concert at Elm Street Cultural Arts Village on July 25 at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. as part of their “Lantern Series.”
Prior to her concert, Tucker will be holding a conversation on the role race plays in the music, arts, and culture communities. This conversation will focus on Tucker’s experience playing a historically classical instrument as a Black artist, how and why representation matters.
