WOODSTOCK — With schools out for summer break, families in downtown Woodstock enjoyed a warm, cloudy afternoon Monday, including at the playground at the Elm Street Event Green. Kids climbed a hill and jungle gym, explored a small house and spent time with their families. Other visitors walked the downtown’s sidewalks and trails, some bringing their dogs out for some exercise.
