Submission & Exhibition Schedule
Submissions will be accepted through Monday, October 11th at 11:59pm EST. *Please note that submission does not guarantee acceptance. **The review committee at this time has elected to avoid works that contain offensive materials including but not limited to foul language and/or nudity. You will be contacted if you are needed to submit other works.
Artists will be notified the week of October 12th of acceptance and confirmation of participation in the show.
All artwork must be dropped off by the artist between October 16th-23rd, coordinated by the Visual Arts Director.
small town : small works runs November 4th – January 2nd with de-installation/collection/coordination of sold pieces beginning immediately the week of January 3rd. There will be an Opening Reception on November 4th from 6:00-9:00PM.
Submission Guidelines
- Open to artists ages 18+.
- Maximum artwork dimensions: 12″ on any side.
- Artists must live within a 15 mile radius of Woodstock, GA in order to participate.
- Artwork must be hang ready (matted, framed, wired, d-rings, pins, etc.)
- There are no medium limitations.
- Theme (encouraged, but not required): life in a small town.
- There is a $10 submission fee.
- Artwork must be available for sale. *When pricing your artwork, please keep in mind that Woodstock Arts will receive 25% of this retail price and the artist will get 75% of the this retail price if sold.
