Terms & Conditions
- Memberships are non-transferable. The named member must be present to use benefits.
- Couple and Family Memberships are available only to those residing in the same household. Proof of address may be requested.
- A 3-month minimum commitment is required upon enrollment. After that, you may cancel anytime.
- Canceling a membership immediately revokes all future benefits and reserved tickets.
- Memberships automatically renew. You’ll receive a reminder about your renewal to the provided email.
- Missed or failed payments must be updated within 7 days or membership access will be paused.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
