About

A Season To Grow

It’s our show now, kid. The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in Beetlejuice JR., the frightfully funny musical based on the beloved motion picture turned Broadway phenomenon. Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.

WHY SEE THIS SHOW?

BEETLEJUICE Jr. the musical is a treat for any audience! Full of vibrant costumes, set pieces, and all kinds of theatre magic, this is a deeply immersive show that will leave you wondering “how did they do that?” Full of classic references to the movie, as well as a whole new vibrant journey for the characters we know and love!

WHO IS THIS SHOW FOR?

Audiences who love to see the next generation of artists stepping up and into the spotlight, for audiences who love the campy-chaos and wonder of the world of Beetlejuice, and want to see it come to life before you in musical theatre form!

WHAT IS SPOTLIGHT?

Our Spotlight Program (including Youth Spotlight and Teen Spotlight) allows students who crave a more in-depth performance experience to stretch their artistic muscles by auditioning, rehearsing, and performing in a fully produced and realized production alongside their peers. Students work with professional artists who guide them through the process, allowing them an amazing opportunity to not only perform, but learn countless theatre and life skills along the way. Working with their director, choreographer, music director, and cast, these students will create a supportive environment where discoveries can be made and a true ensemble can be built.
