Tie-In Talk: The small-town Effect in Novels

ABOUT

Small towns play a big part in many works of literature. George Weinstein and Katherine Nichols will discuss the role of small towns in their novels. George and Katherine, along with other members of the Atlanta Writers Club, will be available to sign copies of their books.

George Weinstein is the author of six novels. His works range from Southern historical fiction (Hardscrabble Road) to Southern mysteries (Aftermath) and suspense-thrillers (Watch What You Say). George is also the executive director and two-time president of the Atlanta Writers Club as well as the director of the award-winning Atlanta Writers Conference.

Katherine Nichols writes mysteries with heart. She is the author of The Sometime Sister and The Unreliables (release date February 24, 2022). Katherine is also vice president of Atlanta Writers Club and a member of Sisters in Crime.

Admission
There is no charge for the Gallery or this event. We encourage you to RSVP in order to stay in the loop with future events and ask that you consider a tax-deductible donation to help us continue to program accessible experiences for our entire community.

Pets
Due to Health Department regulations in the Cafe and for the safety of the Gallery pieces, only service animals are permitted inside the building. 

Cleanliness
All surfaces will be wiped down and sanitized prior to opening.

Masks and Facial Coverings
Face coverings are encouraged during this event to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
