Every first Friday, we hold an Opening Reception for a local artist whose artwork is on display in the Reeves House Education Studio.
Come meet the artist behind the artwork on display while sipping a glass of wine and swaying to some live music at the Opening Reception.

Heather Stevens is a local artist that focuses primarily on photography and ceramics. When she is not managing and teaching at Woodstock Art’s Kish Center, she stays busy as the owner of Joyful Day Photography. She loves photographing families and enjoys finding creative locations to explore. Heather works to make sessions fun with silly prompts and keeps the kids entertained. She works to eliminate stress that photography can bring and loves delivering artistic photographs based on relaxing and fun sessions. The moments caught between the poses are always her favorites! Her style is best described as true to life colors with polished editing. She focuses on individual’s personalities and uses photography as a way to bring art to family’s homes.
