About

RepTouR

RepTouR is our annual repertory touring children’s theatre troupe, traveling to local schools and libraries to perform short scripted plays adapted from literature as well as improvised stagings of stories written by elementary-age students in our audience! We’re still finalizing our scripts for the year, but expect a Dr. Seuss adaptation and a Fairy Tale or Folk Tale.

Rehearsals/Important Dates –

Rehearsals will be on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM January 7th through February 27th, 2026. A schedule will be available to view prior to the first rehearsal. Rehearsals are subject to change and may vary due to conflicts and director discretion.

*MANDATORY DATES*

Tech Rehearsals/Previews: February 18th, 20th, 25th, & 27th 9:00AM – 12:00PM

Performances – School shows will be booked on Wednesdays and Fridays from March  4th – May 1st, with most bookings occurring during March. Strike following last scheduled performance.

Payment

Troupe members are paid a bi-weekly stipend during the run of performances and mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate for those transporting show equipment and fellow troupe members to each venue. With current bookings, we expect around a $543 total stipend, flexible depending upon the amount of shows performed.

(NOTE: you will still need to fill out the online audition form along with a video submission.)

Auditions was rescheduled to our callbacks day. If callbacks are needed, information about callbacks and scheduling will be emailed separately.

Past Troupe Members are welcome to come straight to callbacks. Please fill out the form and select that option under audition times.
