About

Cathleen Klibanoff is a mixed media artist located in Georgia. She brings three pieces to our “Small Towns: Small Works” exhibit. Her first piece, “Grief’s Bloom”, is a thought-provoking work that covers the relationship between loss and renewal. Her second piece, “Bound” encourages the viewer to consider what binds them as an individual. Finally, her third piece, “Unreconciled” explores the lingering scars of life, specifically in regard to homelessness. During her Artist Talk, Klibanoff will explore themes she enjoys incorporating into her art. She will also answer questions about her work and discuss the overall exhibit theme.
Artist Talks provide an opportunity for artists to share their artwork and passions with the public and offer insight into the exhibition as a whole. Be apart of the conversation, express your thoughts and ideas, or simply sit back and enjoy the discussion.
